The PNC Arts Council is governed by a volunteer and a multi-cultural Board of Directors composed of 15 members.

• The members of the Board of Directors provide expertise from a diverse array of arts, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and professional endeavors.
  • Members of the Board of Directors are elected to three-year terms, with five new members named each year.
  • Regular Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month to establish policy, set program objectives, assess arts needs, evaluate program effectiveness and consider fiscal matters.
• An Executive Director, employed by the Board on behalf of the PNC Arts Council, serves as an administrator/implementer of daily operations.
